How does Bespoke Design work?
Our Bespoke Design fee begins at £275. This cost is dependant on the stationery pieces you’d like created (eg. Invitation Suites, On-the-Day Stationery Signage, Menus etc), design style and level of detail required. Please note, the design fee doesn’t cover print costs.

What does the Design Process look like?

If you’re looking for bespoke invitation suites or on-the-day stationery (or both of course) we need some details from you, before the designing starts. You can fill out our contact form here and we’ll be back in touch within 2-3 working days to arrange a time to chat in more detail.

Now we’ve had our first call to discuss your ideas and wedding details (which are incredible, obviously) you’re officially pencilled in our diary. To lock-in the proposed date (discussed in our call) our contract needs to be signed and deposit paid (this is 50% of the design fee, which is non-refundable).
Once both of these steps have been completed, design inspiration begins. I’ll send you a link to a Pinterest board where you can share any inspiration you’ve found that you love and I’ll do the same.

Our start date has officially arrived, this means designing can start (woop!) This part’s on me, so you sit back and relax (or wait with excited anticipation, it’s up to you!)
You’ll receive 2 design concepts for your wedding suite and another call invitation. In our second chat, we’ll discuss feedback and any potential changes, along with print techniques and finishing details, but most importantly, we’ll finish our call with one design route to refine.
Before we begin our next step, you’ll receive your final design concept for one last round of changes (this can be done over a call or in writing, whichever you prefer). You’ll also receive a final invoice which includes printing costs and the remaining design fee.

Final changes have been made, payment has been received and your bespoke stationery is ready for print. You’ll receive one final proof of all the artwork to double check and a document to sign to confirm you’re happy.
Once this document is signed and sent back to me, your invites are heading straight to the printer, wahoo!

You stationery has arrived at headquarters (okay, my second bedroom) and we’ll confirm your posting date.
Your invites will be sent recorded and will require a signature upon delivery. You’ll also receive a ‘how to’ guide in your inbox with instructions for assembling your invitation suites. If you’ve upgraded to ‘suite assembly’ your suites will arrive ready to go (with envelopes unstuck).
And that’s it, our journey together is complete (unless you’d like any more stationery of course!)
